💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated data hire within the Product team, helping us achieve Product-Market Fit. You will dive deep into customer behavior and build data infrastructure that empowers the team. This is an early-stage opportunity with the resources of a large group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform deep-dive analyses to evaluate product decisions.
• Build and maintain queries, dashboards, and automated tools.
• Triangulate quantitative data with qualitative feedback.
• Promote data literacy and best practices within the team.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Analytics or similar role.
• Mastery of Excel/GSheets and SQL.
• Python for data manipulation and Tableau for visualization.
• Experience in high-growth startup, subscription/e-commerce, or FMCG.
