You'll drive product and growth decisions using analytics, experimentation, and ML. Your core impact is optimizing user acquisition and retention through causal modeling and high-quality experiments. You'll partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to turn data into strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze acquisition funnel to identify leakage points
• Design and analyze experiments with statistical rigor
• Build and evolve metrics across acquisition and retention
• Use causal methods to predict user behavior and LTV
• Communicate insights to senior stakeholders including C-suite

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics or growth data science
• Strong quantitative background (Stats, Math, CS, etc.)
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience running rigorous experimentation
