You'll lead a team of Solutions Consultants to win complex multi-product platform deals. Your core impact is improving deal outcomes through strong discovery, value articulation, and clean handoffs. You'll shape an AI-forward team that turns insights into structured product signal.

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Solutions Consultants.
  • Run weekly deal inspection rhythm on SC inputs.
  • Partner with AEs and Sales leadership on priority opportunities.
  • Set and enforce engagement standards and operational leverage.
  • Influence cross-functional teams with deal insights.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solutions consulting or pre-sales.
  • Proven experience leading and coaching an SC team in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve revenue outcomes through pre-sales execution.
  • Strong consultative selling skill set and coaching ability.

  • Familiarity with HR and Payroll domain.
  • Experience working remotely.
