You'll build a people analytics function from the ground up, defining the vision for data-driven HR decisions. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models that shape workforce planning. You'll partner with senior leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Define and lead people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and modern ML/LLM technologies
  • Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement
  • Create executive-level dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in people analytics or HR data science
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL including statistical modeling
  • Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP
  • Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday and BI tools like Tableau
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field
