You'll build a people analytics function from the ground up, defining the vision for data-driven HR decisions. You'll design AI-powered tools and predictive models that shape workforce planning. You'll partner with senior leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead people analytics and innovation strategy aligned with HR and business priorities
- Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and modern ML/LLM technologies
- Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement
- Create executive-level dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in people analytics or HR data science
- 3+ years leading analytics teams
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL including statistical modeling
- Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI APIs, or NLP
- Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday and BI tools like Tableau
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
