🎯 What You'll Do

• Hold the hiring bar across all recruiting activities
• Lead, coach, and grow the recruiter team
• Partner with founders to define role scope and compensation
• Design and improve interview processes
• Track and report on recruiting metrics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions
• 3+ years managing a team of recruiters
• Experience hiring for senior and specialized roles in competitive markets
• Strong data literacy with ATS proficiency
