💼 About This Role

You'll support the Sales Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency across Italy and DACH markets through process execution and data analysis. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team on processes and issue resolution.
• Support sales target setting and compensation processes and activities.
• Build, maintain, and update dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on cross-functional projects.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years experience supporting a sales team in an operational or analytical capacity
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Native or fluent Italian and professional fluency in English
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems
• Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry
• Experience working in a multi-country or regional environment
