• Plan and execute engagement programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate learning programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Run onboarding culture sessions for new hires.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in L&D, employee engagement, or HR program roles.
• Strong execution and coordination skills for multiple programs.
• Comfort with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems.
• Clear communication and facilitation skills in group settings.
