You'll lead the architecture and scaling of Headway's data infrastructure, ensuring reliable and trustworthy data for critical decision-making and product features across a two-sided mental healthcare marketplace.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience in data engineering with large-scale products
• Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, and Python
• Deep mastery of advanced data modeling techniques
• Proven ability to define technical roadmap for data platform
• 2+ years marketplace experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set architectural direction and establish organization-wide data standards
• Lead design of highly scalable and optimized data models
• Drive data quality governance and pipeline maturity
• Mentor and elevate other data engineers
• Act as primary technical interface with senior stakeholders
