💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 home health care to clients in the Roxborough/Manayunk/Chestnut Hill area. You'll make home visits, administer medications, and perform wound care while enjoying flexible scheduling and great work/life balance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• One year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
