💼 About This Role

You'll provide on-site IT support at the Biloxi VA Medical Center, analyzing and resolving hardware/software issues for mission-critical networks. You'll perform installations, configurations, and troubleshooting using Service Now. This role requires occasional travel for VA Surge Support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems
• Provision endpoints (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Track and document issues in Service Now
• Conduct system monitoring and analysis using SCOM

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience or a Bachelor's degree in STEM
• US Citizenship required
• Valid Real ID or Passport
• Experience with system administration and troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Service Now
• Knowledge of SCOM and McAfee tools
