💼 About This Role

You'll support HR operations and compliance initiatives at Donor Network West, an organ and tissue donation organization. You'll maintain HR data integrity, oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, and contribute to process optimization and audit readiness. This role offers the chance to work in a mission-driven environment while collaborating with HR leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain HRIS data and generate reports.
• Process personnel action forms and job change letters.
• Oversee immunization compliance and DMV pull program.
• Conduct new hire orientations and process onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• One year of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.

✨ Nice to Have

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• Experience with HR compliance and audits.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation processes.
