You'll support developers building with LiveKit, writing code and fixing bugs to unblock customers. Your work directly influences product success as you help teams go from staging to production. You'll collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage, file, and fix bugs in customer-facing code
• Write sample and production-quality code for customer use
• Respond to support tickets and author technical guides
• Meet with customers to ensure continued platform success

📋 Requirements

• Engineer with professional coding experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to learn programming languages quickly
• Comfortable reading more code than writing
