You'll design and build backend systems and LLM-powered conversational AI for a healthtech company serving people with chronic conditions. Your work will directly improve clinical outcomes by powering medications reminders, symptom checks, and supportive conversations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production-quality code with emphasis on backend and LLM features.
• Design backend architectures supporting conversational AI and LLM applications.
• Develop and maintain LLM applications including conversational flows and orchestration.
• Optimize LLM systems for latency, concurrency, uptime, and cost.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong backend skills using Java
• Experience integrating LLMs or conversational AI via APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and microservices

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with React
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of RAG patterns
