You'll act as a strategic advisor for enterprise customers, driving value realization from Anaplan's AI-infused platform. You'll own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring measurable business outcomes and strong retention. This role combines deep business acumen with hands-on executive engagement.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize ROI
- Own end-to-end lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion
- Develop outcome-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
- Drive platform expansion including AI use cases across business functions
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles (success, presales, consulting)
- Deep expertise in FP&A or Supply Chain Planning
- Proven experience driving renewals and expansion
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
