💼 About This Role

You'll lead accounting advisory engagements for life sciences clients in the NY/NJ market, managing complex technical accounting and transactions. Your work will drive financial reporting and optimization strategies for clients. You'll also mentor teams and develop new business in a growing advisory firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide guidance on financial reporting, operational accounting, and technical accounting.
• Manage client engagements including work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions in compliance with firm policies.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop service offerings.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of management consulting or combined consulting/industry experience in Life Sciences.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS and ability to research complex technical accounting issues.
• Experience with license and collaboration arrangements, GTN accounting, clinical trials, and complex debt/equity.
• Big Four or equivalent consulting experience.
