💼 About This Role

You'll take the lead in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems for a residential property. Your work ensures a safe, functional environment for residents. You'll also mentor junior technicians and respond to emergencies on a rotational on-call schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and adjust control systems for mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
• Maintain physical asset as directed by Management with advanced repair skills.
• Respond to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician in property management.
• HVAC, EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to exert 50-100 pounds occasionally and climb/ push/pull frequently.
• Personal reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies.
