You'll build the growth engine for Germany's second-largest property manager. You'll create a repeatable playbook from scratch—deciding channel mix, attribution, and local growth motions—and present results directly to the Leadership Team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with portfolio company heads on conversion
• Build the growth playbook from zero within first 30 days
• Design events, partnerships, and offline activations city by city
• Report growth numbers in weekly business reviews

📋 Requirements

• Fluent German (C2)
• 3-5 years hands-on growth experience with measurable results
• Data-driven: sets own tracking and experiments
• Commercial thinker: uses CAC, payback, contribution margin
