You'll own go-to-market strategy and customer communications for billing, pricing, and monetization initiatives at Figma. You'll craft clear messaging for complex product changes and equip Sales with resources to win enterprise accounts. This role offers the opportunity to shape how large organizations adopt and scale Figma.

  • Own end-to-end product marketing for billing, pricing, and monetization initiatives
  • Craft clear customer communications for plan updates and new offerings
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for enterprise product launches
  • Equip Sales with resources to grow and win enterprise accounts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing with Enterprise customers
  • Experience crafting customer-facing communications for billing, pricing, or high-stakes product changes
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives
  • Experience partnering with Product teams and driving alignment with executive partners

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models
  • Background marketing to admin, IT, or procurement personas at large enterprises
  • Experience with AI product marketing or marketing AI-powered features
