You'll support SpaceX's corporate real estate portfolio, handling lease/own acquisitions, dispositions, and property management. You'll work with Legal and Finance to execute transactions and maintain accurate records. This role supports operations for humanity's space exploration future.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify prospective properties and negotiate lease/own acquisitions
• Work with Legal and Finance to execute real estate transactions
• Maintain real estate database and ensure document accessibility
• Track key portfolio details like lease expirations and critical dates

📋 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree and 2+ years corporate real estate experience, or 5+ years without degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)

✨ Nice to Have

• Licensed real estate agent in CA, WA, TX, or FL
• Real estate experience with NASA or government agencies
• Proficiency with Archibus and ArcGIS
