You'll lead a team of Commercial Account Executives in Japan, driving growth for Notion's collaborative tools. You'll own territory strategy and execution, working with cross-functional partners to define the sales motion and drive revenue. This role offers the chance to shape Notion's future product as an early team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales at a SaaS company
  • 3+ years of sales management or team leader experience
  • Fluency in Japanese (native) and English (business)
  • Proven track record in Commercial/Mid-Market segments
