You'll lead a team of Commercial Account Executives in Japan, driving growth for Notion's collaborative tools. You'll own territory strategy and execution, working with cross-functional partners to define the sales motion and drive revenue. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives
- Own territory strategy to maximize revenue generation
- Build cross-functional playbooks and define sales motion
- Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales at a SaaS company
- 3+ years of sales management or team leader experience
- Fluency in Japanese (native) and English (business)
- Proven track record in Commercial/Mid-Market segments
