Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized in-home fitness training, customizing workout programs and tracking client progress using the Svetness Fitness App. Your role includes conducting reassessments every 4-6 weeks and ensuring proper exercise form, all while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Basic nutrition knowledge and familiarity with exercise equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and possess personal training equipment
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from initial assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for session programming and notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
