You will lead a team of agents in a shift-based environment to protect brand integrity and marketplace trust through counterfeit detection, seller vetting, and IPR enforcement. Your goal is to ensure every case is handled with precision and speed, while coaching your team to meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Experience in IP operations or brand protection
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in forensic auditing and escalation handling

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage daily performance of a team of agents
• Manage shift schedules for 24/7 operational coverage
• Ensure team meets SLA targets through spot checks and coaching
• Act as first point of escalation for complex IP cases
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide feedback to improve SOPs
