💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Services to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. Your core impact is ensuring critical cooling systems operate reliably for mission-critical infrastructure. This role offers extensive daily travel and the chance to grow with a leading asset management provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing or installing components
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs

📋 Requirements

• Must be EPA Certified Level 2 or Universal
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
• Must reside in the Vallejo or Napa, California area
