🎯 What You'll Do

• Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing efficiency
• Create 2D and 3D CAD models in Inventor and AutoCAD
• Support 3D printing initiatives for production components
• Collaborate with engineering and shop teams to optimize workflows

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing design or drafting
• Proficiency in Inventor, Vault, and AutoCAD
• Experience designing jigs, fixtures, or production tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on ability to move between design and shop floor
• Creative problem solver with self-driven project management
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
