💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a strategic analytics partner to Vanta's go-to-market organization, focusing on Overlay teams like Channel and Sales Engineering. You'll use structured analysis to help leaders understand performance drivers and improve revenue outcomes. This role blends hands-on analytical depth with cross-functional partnership to build scalable reporting and forecasting models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales and Overlay leaders to define success metrics
• Analyze GTM performance to identify productivity drivers and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and self-service tools
• Develop forecasting models, propensity analyses, and prioritization frameworks
• Automate and standardize operating review deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM/sales analytics or comparable analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with BI tools
• Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and core GTM metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field

• Experience supporting Overlay functions such as Channel, Partners, or Sales Engineering
• Experience building forecasting, predictive, or propensity models
• Experience with Python/R, dbt, or modern data transformation workflows
