💼 About This Role

You'll own cross-functional operations for a fully remote team of 40 across 11 countries. Your work will ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale, from event planning to vendor management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document and automate internal processes
• Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense workflows
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement
• Plan and execute company events (offsites, build weeks, Resend Conf)

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end event management experience
• Experience managing external stakeholders
• Experience in Ops, Finance, or Event Planning
• Default to action mindset with close attention to detail
