💼 About This Role

You'll lead employee relations investigations across EMEA, focusing on the UK, and build ER frameworks in new markets. Your core impact is providing pragmatic, commercial guidance to leaders while navigating complex employment laws. You'll help define Snowflake's ER approach across multiple countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end investigations across EMEA, primarily UK
• Manage grievance processes, disciplinary actions, and case strategy
• Partner with local Business Partners on country-specific employment law
• Project manage workforce changes such as restructures and RIFs

📋 Requirements

• Significant Employee Relations experience across UK, France, Germany, Poland, Netherlands
• Strong experience conducting formal investigations and managing grievances end to end
• Experience partnering with works councils or trade unions in France, Germany, and Poland
• Demonstrated ability to manage RIFs or workforce changes with ownership

• Deep experience with works councils in France or Germany
• Prior experience in both large global tech and scrappy scale-up
• Experience drafting or implementing ER policies in multiple EMEA countries
