You'll build AI-powered sourcing pipelines and automation infrastructure that powers how Profound hires. You'll manufacture tools that let every recruiter source better, move faster, and close more. This role directly shapes how our Recruiting function scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered sourcing pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards
• Automate resume screening and skills matching against role scorecards
• Eliminate scheduling friction through automated coordination
• Build pipeline analytics for hiring velocity and source quality

📋 Requirements

• High-agency builder proficient in Python or JavaScript
• Experience building recruiting or HR technology at a tool-building company
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Systems thinker who understands recruiter operational workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-native sourcing and automation experiments
• Ability to build outbound recruiting motion reducing agency reliance
• Comfortable building a function from scratch in ambiguity
