You'll join Agoda's Performance Marketing team in Bangkok to drive growth through search and display advertising on platforms like Google, Bing, and Facebook. You'll analyze experimental data to build optimization models and dashboards, impacting traveler acquisition across the globe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Experiment with text ads and bidding on search engines like Google and Bing.
• Test and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Analyze experiment data and develop models for campaign optimization.
• Build dashboards for account managers to track performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (e.g., computer science, math, engineering).
• 0-2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or tech strategy.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical reasoning.
