💼 About This Role

You'll join a newly formed central Quality Engineering team building AI-powered test automation tools and enablement frameworks for engineering teams. Your work will shape whether teams can ship independently and maintain velocity without compromising reliability, as you establish the foundations that allow hx to scale quality across dozens of teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Accelerate AI-powered end-to-end test writing agent adoption across 5+ teams.
• Design and deploy AI-powered nightly build analyser for failure classification.
• Establish quality self-service foundations with test guidance and standards.
• Support managed withdrawal of QE support from embedded teams without regressions.

📋 Requirements

• Built AI-powered tools or automations in production environments.
• Designed automated test strategies across unit, integration, and E2E levels.
• Owned E2E test automation using Python and Playwright or equivalent.
• Coached or enabled engineering teams in quality practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG pipelines or agent design.
• Knowledge of release risk assessment processes.
• Background in the insurance or fintech industry.
