You will manage and maintain Captivate IQ software, ensure accurate commission calculations, develop dashboards, and own end-to-end Customer Growth and Retention operations in Salesforce. This role partners with the Go-To-Market team to optimize commission processes and drive strategic objectives.

  • Experience with Captivate IQ or similar commission software
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools
