Description
You will manage and maintain Captivate IQ software, ensure accurate commission calculations, develop dashboards, and own end-to-end Customer Growth and Retention operations in Salesforce. This role partners with the Go-To-Market team to optimize commission processes and drive strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Strong aptitude for interpreting and optimizing complex commission systems
- Technical problem-solving and attention to detail
- Experience with Captivate IQ or similar commission software
- Proficiency in Salesforce and reporting tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Manage and maintain Captivate IQ software for commission operations
- Ensure timely and accurate commission payment calculations
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports
- Own end-to-end Customer Growth and Retention (CGR) operations in Salesforce
- Ensure SOX compliance and manage accrual reporting
