As a Lead Sales Operations Analyst at Klaviyo, you will serve as a Business Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership, connecting a growing sales team with processes and data. You will independently identify business insights, improve sales processes, and help drive the implementation of global initiatives within EMEA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with AI tools and workflows
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL
  • Proven experience driving operational improvements in B2B SaaS sales
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage advanced reporting and analytics projects from internal stakeholders
  • Identify analysis opportunities to understand sales trends
  • Understand data environment and select best data to use
  • Analyze data, produce and maintain sales reports, educate sales leadership
  • Plan and forecast sales revenue on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
