As a Lead Sales Operations Analyst at Klaviyo, you will serve as a Business Partner to EMEA Sales Leadership, connecting a growing sales team with processes and data. You will independently identify business insights, improve sales processes, and help drive the implementation of global initiatives within EMEA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with AI tools and workflows
- Advanced skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and SQL
- Proven experience driving operational improvements in B2B SaaS sales
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage advanced reporting and analytics projects from internal stakeholders
- Identify analysis opportunities to understand sales trends
- Understand data environment and select best data to use
- Analyze data, produce and maintain sales reports, educate sales leadership
- Plan and forecast sales revenue on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
