💼 About This Role

You'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for North America, supporting tax compliance and process improvement. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues and streamline workflows using Workday and ADP SmartCompliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end payroll including off-cycle and equity transactions
• Reconcile payroll tax filings and resolve discrepancies
• Audit benefit data integrations between Workday and vendors
• Participate in UAT and process improvement projects

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant payroll experience
• Proficiency in Workday and ADP SmartCompliance
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Experience with equity transactions and E*Trade
