Description

You will help train large language models by evaluating and refining Shona text outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness. You'll work with AI tools to review and annotate Shona content, assess AI-generated outputs, document error patterns, and collaborate on refining linguistic guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Shona (required)
• Experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or related work
• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation (plus)
• Clear communication skills and cultural knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to provide precise feedback
