You'll provide 1:1 home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Cleveland and Rutherford counties. You'll manage care plans and document using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans for each patient
• Make home visits and administer medications and wound care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to manager
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in North Carolina
• Minimum one year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
