You'll design, implement, and support enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment, resolving Tier 3 incidents and leading infrastructure modernization projects. Requirements

• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions end-to-end
• 5+ years hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure**
• Deep experience with **Microsoft 365** (Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Exchange)
• Strong experience with **Active Directory**, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve Tier 3 incidents for hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT initiatives and migrations.
• Design and support Microsoft Azure, AWS, and M365 hybrid environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
