• Manage and optimize CRM communication channels (Push, Email, SMS, In-app).
• Analyze user base and build actionable segments for better targeting.
• Allocate and optimize discount budgets for incremental value.
• Design and manage onboarding and lifecycle journeys for new users.

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Experience in CRM or related role with campaign management focus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
• Coding skills in SQL or Python.
