You will drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management, shipment processing, and visual merchandising standards. Partner with the Operations Visual Management team to optimize operations and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with retail inventory systems
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with store leadership
• Support shipment receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor set updates
• Manage stockroom standards, supplies, and vendor relationships
