You'll join Backcountry's retail team for the holiday season, connecting customers with premium outdoor gear. You'll provide expert advice on skiing, snowboarding, biking, climbing, or fly fishing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
