💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for all local IT needs at a defense technology company, delivering white-glove support to executives. You'll manage hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux, and contribute to company-wide IT initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune and Jamf.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver white-glove technical support to executive leadership and staff
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Administer enterprise MDM platforms including Microsoft Intune and Jamf
• Manage user accounts, email, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 GCCH

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience
• 2+ years administering MDM with Microsoft Intune and Jamf
• U.S. Person status required

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments (GCC High, Azure Gov, AWS GovCloud)
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC, or similar compliance frameworks
• Jamf 200/300/400 certification
