Description

In this customer-facing role, you will implement, configure, and optimize AI-driven applications for enterprise contact centers, including chatbots and knowledge assistants. You'll lead technical implementations, consult with clients, and collaborate on project rollouts to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years professional experience, with 1+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot software
  • Proven expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions including AI, NLU, ACD, IVR, ASR, and CRM integrations
  • Lead design and development of multiple AI and bot applications aligned with customer requirements
  • Optimize and maintain AI bots including generative and legacy models
  • Collaborate with project managers on end-to-end project rollouts and manage system lifecycle development
  • Provide subject matter expertise during client consultations and conduct business analysis
