💼 About This Role

You'll lead communications for OpenAI's global infrastructure platform, translating complex compute, chip, and data center work into clear narratives. You'll own strategic storytelling for one of the largest AI infrastructure buildouts ever attempted. This role partners closely with Infrastructure, Finance, and Policy leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead infrastructure-related communications across OpenAI
• Translate complex engineering work into compelling messaging
• Partner with Infrastructure leadership and Finance team on strategy
• Prepare infrastructure leaders as spokespersons and expert voices

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional communications experience in infrastructure, cloud, semiconductors, energy, or large-scale technology platforms
• Deep familiarity with compute infrastructure, chip development, data centers, or energy systems
• Track record of translating highly technical engineering work into credible narratives
• Experience owning communications for large-scale, capital-intensive platforms
