You'll own the data layer that powers decisions across sales, marketing, and finance at a fast-growing networking company. You'll turn fragmented data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and more into canonical dbt models the entire organization trusts. By the end of year one, you'll have set the standard for analytical rigor at Meter.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Ship canonical dbt models for accounts, opportunities, marketing touches, and revenue.
  • Cut manual reconciliation time for marketing channel effectiveness to a single query.
  • Build attribution and funnel layer to compare customer acquisition costs across channels.
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership during forecasting and budget planning cycles.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Has been the analytical partner inside a GTM function, building dashboards executives use.
  • Writes SQL with window functions, CTEs, and set operations fluently.
  • Thinks in dbt, with opinions on staging vs. marts and incremental models.
  • Has worked across Salesforce, billing systems, marketing platforms, and product data.

  • Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Tableau.
  • Track record of building trust before shipping models.
