You'll serve as the primary touchpoint for user support, responding to queries via Intercom and bridging user feedback with the product team. You'll resolve technical issues and create educational content for millions of e-commerce users.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Respond to user queries via Intercom in a timely and accurate way
  • Identify user needs and help users with specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions to ensure quick resolution
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Customer Support experience
  • Autonomous worker with problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication
  • Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple priorities

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Intercom or similar support platforms
  • Background in e-commerce or SaaS
  • Experience creating user guidance videos
