Requirements

• 1+ year of resource planning, allocation, or optimization experience
• Ability to implement shift schedules and work rotating shifts
• Data synthesis skills with tools like Sheets, Data Studio, Looker
• Independent problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet operations and allocate resources across geographies
• Translate weekly plans into daily operator schedules and track execution
• Handle troubleshooting and emergency situations for technical and software issues
• Act as customer support for commercial deliveries
• Drive workflow optimization and automation efforts
