You'll manage rentals at EquipmentShare, using our proprietary T3 platform to match customers with the right equipment. You'll drive customer satisfaction and expand our base in Columbus, MS. This role offers overtime pay and a monthly family dinner.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction principals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
• Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
