You'll lead design for Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning Platform, shaping how fraud and compliance teams make critical decisions. You'll drive vision work, design AI-native experiences, and set the craft bar for the design team. This role offers ownership of ambitious problems end-to-end at an AI-first company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design end-to-end for major product surfaces from strategy through launch.
• Drive vision and prototyping work aligning company on product direction.
• Design AI-native experiences with core AI value contribution.
• Partner with PMs and engineering leadership to shape roadmap and strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping complex web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and workflow simplification.
• Experience designing AI-native interfaces in production (copilots, agent UIs).
• Fluency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping; comfort with code or motion.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, fraud, risk, or compliance products.
• Experience designing for technical or power users (developer tools, data products).
