- Drive performance management cycles including goal setting and calibrations
- Lead strategic talent planning processes like succession planning and promotions
- Provide expert coaching on organizational design and workforce planning
- Design and maintain competency frameworks for technical teams
๐ Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Background working within international scale-ups
- Strong business acumen connecting HR strategies to objectives
- Excellent project management skills handling multiple initiatives
