  • Lead strategic talent planning processes like succession planning and promotions
  • Provide expert coaching on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Design and maintain competency frameworks for technical teams

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Background working within international scale-ups
  • Strong business acumen connecting HR strategies to objectives
  • Excellent project management skills handling multiple initiatives
