You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting companies with 2,000-5,000 employees. Your role includes managing RFPs, leading discovery calls, and delivering tailored presentations to showcase how Spring Health's mental health platform delivers value. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to exceed quota goals while working remotely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup
- Prior BDR or relevant prospecting experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of benefits and/or mental health space preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead sales process from qualification to close and hand-off to customer service
- Expand revenue by acquiring net new logo customers to meet quota
- Project-manage RFPs as liaison between sales and proposal teams
- Conduct discovery calls and create customized presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (BDR, consultants, resellers)
