💼 About This Role

You'll support the operational execution of printed curriculum and classroom materials distribution for a growing edtech platform. Your core impact is ensuring school and district orders are accurately processed and delivered on time through cross-functional coordination. You'll work with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve order discrepancies and manage inventory levels across warehouses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Aggregate and validate purchase orders from Salesforce.
• Create detailed print and fulfillment specifications for vendors.
• Ensure updated curriculum files are available for production.
• Manage inventory levels for printed materials across locations.
• Create and track purchase orders for print production.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years in supply chain, print production, or order fulfillment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail for complex multi-site shipments.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and managing large data sets.

• Experience supporting K-12 school procurement cycles.
• Familiarity with print production processes (offset/digital printing, kitting).
